K-9 Unit Pups: Before They Become The Coolest, They Are The Cutest
The newest members of Taiwan's police force became so hot because they are the loveliest police officers ever.
Six of them are all 1-month-old puppies that were born on the 9th of May according to the NPA, named Lucky Star, Schumann, Feida, Brother, AJ and Full Moon.
They were "recruited" by Taiwan's Police K-9 units and are about to start the rigorous training and finally they are expected to play an important role in the anti-Bomb, Drug force and Blood Detection units, fighting crime and saving the day.
However, for now, they know nothing about their future life. All they are interested is sleeping, eating and playing.
"Sometimes, [Lucky Star] would fall asleep while eating, and then he would wake up suddenly and continue to eat as if nothing happened."
Or he would occupy his food and never let it be taken away. Did you see his scornful eyes that are filled with confidence?
Or when he is in bedtime mode and doesn't want anyone to interrupt him. "No one can find me for I hid behind a monkey..."
Their first few days on the job goes like this: nice uniform, but with the negative attitude!
It seems relaxing, but everything is just the start now. Learning how to pinpoint the scent of narcotics is the routine training contained in the daily activities.
As a puppy, they have a long way to go to become a blood detection dog like their mother, Yellow who is in the K-9 unit playing a serious role in anti-drug and anti-bomb issues...
They are destined to be different from other puppies ...
"We hope that in the future the puppies can be like their mother Yellow, that they can pass through training successfully and enter the police force," the NPA said in a post on Facebook." The Labradors' dad Leader is a sniffer dog, too.
Of course, we must admit that some dogs are unwilling to accept the life arranged for them, for example, Gavel, a German shepherd who flunked out of police dog school for being too friendly now has an even better job - greeting visitors at the governor's house.
So let's wait and see if those cute doggies can be competent for this job!
